I have one pack running the Molle hip belt and ALICE shoulder straps. Very comfy for me with a large ALICE. My medium rides on a fairly standard LC-2 frame. Of course, I've been pretty much living out of an ALICE pack for about 30 years. Maybe my back and frame have just "adjusted" to each other!
